Edwards County Communtiy Unit District #1 -- Superintendent is Robert W. Brutcher. The superintendent's office is located at 37 West Main Street. (618) 445-2814.
Edwards County Board Of Education -- Members are: President - Steve Thomson; Vice President - Mark McDaniel; Secretary - David Coles with members Jo Rector, Kevin Smith, Roger Turpin, and Dale Woods. The board meets at the ECHS band room every month except April, August and November when they meet at the West Salem Grade School cafeteria. They meet the third Monday of each month at 8 pm April through October and 7 pm November through March, except in the case of a holiday.

The board meets at Grayville Junior-Senior High School in room #1 on the third Monday of each month at 7 pm.
